Failure to comply may result in service delays, additional charges, or cancellation.

5. Vehicle Transportation Services

For vehicle transportation services:

  • Vehicles must be in a condition suitable for transport unless otherwise agreed.
  • Customers must disclose any mechanical issues, modifications, leaks, oversized dimensions, or non-operational status.
  • The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
  • Customers should document vehicle condition before pickup.
  • Delays caused by weather, road conditions, carrier availability, mechanical breakdowns, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for refunds.

6. Moving Services

For moving services:

  • Customers are responsible for properly identifying items requiring special handling.
  • The Company is not responsible for damage caused by improperly packed items packed by the customer.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Stairs
    • Long carrying distances
    • Heavy or oversized items
    • Last-minute scheduling changes
    • Additional labor requests

7. Payment Terms
